Refer a friend is for all our Care Assistants, Support Workers and Nurses.

At Tezlom, we offer a refer a friend scheme to all our staff as we appreciate referrals and our staff spreading the Tezlom word. At Tezlom, we like to constantly show our staff how much we appreciate their continued hard work and loyalty.

What happens if you refer a Care Assistant or Support Worker?

This is for our staff who refer a Care Assistant or Support Worker. If you work for us and you know anyone who is looking for full time or adhoc shifts, then refer them to Tezlom. As a token of our appreciation for the referral, we will gift you with a £25 voucher providing they work 100 hours in the first 3 months *T&Cs apply. 

What happens if you refer a Nurse?

At Tezlom, we have lots of Registered Nurses who are always busy working hard and giving the best care to all our clients. We always have vacancies for Registered Nurses all over the North West. If you work for Tezlom and refer a Registered Nurse, you would receive a £200 gift card if they were to work 100 hours in the first 3 month and a £500 gift card if they were to work 350 hours *T&Cs apply.

*Refer a friend T&Cs- To qualify, the stated hours must be worked in the first 3 months from the date a welcome pack is received. For all of our referrals, you are required to track your own hours and contact Tezlom once the stated hours have been completed. Contact your local branch to see if they have a refer a friend scheme as not all Tezlom branches participate.

What about our Registered Nurse joining bonus?

Our Refer a Nurse scheme works hand in hand with our Nurse Joining Jonus which means the referred nurse can also receive a welcome bonus. Our Nurse Joining Bonus means that any Registered Nurse that joins Tezlom and works 100 hours in the first 3 months will received a £250 voucher to thank them for all their hard work *T&Cs apply. This bonus will be available for a limited amount of time so enquire before it is too late.

*Registered Nurse Joining Bonus T&Cs- To qualify for our Nurse Joining Bonus you must work 100 hours in the first 3 months from the date of receiving your welcome pack. You are required to track the number of hours that you do and contact Tezlom once you have completed the required number of hours. Not all branches participate.
