Meet the team

The people behind Tezlom Central Scotland

Kevin Fitzpatrick, Director at Tezlom Central Scotland

Kevin Fitzpatrick

Director

Before opening Tezlom Central Scotland, I was a Managing Director for an Engineering and Steel Processing Company, responsible for all Business Operations in the UK and in China. Very different from the industry Carol and I are in now!

Having over 20 years of experience in Senior Management, I developed a wide and diverse range of skills and extensive knowledge, which helps me in the day-to-day running of our business.

I’m incredibly grateful I get to work alongside my wife, as we can balance work and valuable family time, together. Healthcare is a very rewarding sector to be involved in; I’m privileged to work with such wonderful staff and clients.

Carol Fitzpatrick

Director

Before Kevin and I opened Tezlom Central Scotland, I’d initially studied Film and television, and Theatre; then had a complete epiphany!

I realised what I really wanted was to be a nurse! I worked as a Learning Disability Nurse for many years, in both challenging behaviour and complex care, and I felt it a huge privilege to be such a big part of people’s lives when they needed someone.

As a nurse, my healthcare experience has given me insight into the challenges faced by services/managers.

I genuinely understand the need for experienced, compassionate staff who can deliver high-quality care, and this is what I strive to ensure we deliver.
