Permanent placements

The people who make a care service work, permanently

Temporary staffing is how most providers meet us. Permanent recruitment is how many of them stay with us. Because our teams are inside care services every single day, we know who is good at this, which services they would suit, and what it takes to keep them. That knowledge is hard to buy and we use it on every permanent brief.

We recruit permanently for every type of service we staff: domiciliary and homecare agencies, residential and nursing homes, EMI and dementia care, supported living, learning disability and mental health services.

Who we place

Permanent roles we recruit for

Registered Managers

Our specialism. CQC Registered Managers and deputies for domiciliary agencies, care homes and supported living services. Leaders who can hold a registration and pass inspection with confidence.

Registered Nurses

RGNs and RMNs with valid NMC PINs for nursing homes, complex care and community services.

Support Workers

Experienced support workers for supported living, learning disability and mental health services.

Care Assistants

Reliable, vetted carers for residential, nursing and domiciliary services.

Chefs & Kitchen Staff

Cooks and kitchen assistants who understand modified diets, allergens and care catering standards.

Admin & Office Staff

Coordinators, schedulers, recruiters and administrators who keep care services running.

Registered Managers for domiciliary care

Finding the right Registered Manager is the hardest hire in social care. The whole registration rests on one person: their CQC knowledge, their leadership, their calm under inspection. We find managers who can carry that weight. And because we supply staff into these services every day, we know the difference between a manager who interviews well and one who runs a good service.

If you run a domiciliary agency and need a Registered Manager, a deputy, or a succession plan, call 01704 544 247 and ask for the permanent recruitment team.

Temp-to-perm: hire people you've already seen work

Many of our best permanent placements started as agency shifts. You watch someone work in your own service, with your residents or clients, before you offer them the job. They start their permanent role already knowing your team and your ways of working. No interview tells you as much as a real shift does.

How it works

Tell your local branch about the role. We shortlist from people we already know, every candidate fully vetted with an enhanced DBS, verified references and right-to-work checks. You interview, you choose, we handle the rest, and we stay in touch after the start date because a placement only counts if it lasts.

FAQs, permanent recruitment

What permanent roles does Tezlom recruit for?

Registered Managers and deputy managers, Registered Nurses, Support Workers, Care Assistants, chefs and kitchen staff, and administrative and office staff, for every type of care service including domiciliary agencies, residential and nursing homes, supported living, learning disability and mental health services.

Do you recruit Registered Managers for domiciliary care agencies?

Yes, this is one of our specialisms. We work with domiciliary and homecare agencies across the UK to find CQC Registered Managers who can lead a service, hold the registration and pass inspection with confidence.

How does temp-to-perm work with Tezlom?

Many of our permanent placements start as agency staff. You see how someone works in your service before you offer them a permanent role, and they already know your team, your clients and your ways of working from day one.

Do candidates pay anything for permanent placement?

Never. Candidates never pay Tezlom a penny, for temporary or permanent work. Our service to job seekers is completely free.

Which areas do you cover for permanent recruitment?

All of them. Permanent recruitment runs through our 12 local branches across England and Scotland, so you deal with a consultant who knows your local care market, not a national call centre.
