1. Who we are
This website is operated by Tezlom Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06692576, registered office 20 Hoghton Street, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 0NX. You can contact us at work@tezlom.com or on 01704 544 247.
We are a temporary employment agency and employment business within the meaning of the Employment Agencies Act 1973.
2. These terms cover the website only
This page governs your use of tezlom.com. It is not the contract under which we supply staff or under which you work through us. Those are separate documents:
- If you work through us, your relationship with Tezlom is governed by the terms of engagement your branch issues to you before your first assignment, together with the assignment details for each booking. These set out your rights under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and, where they apply, the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.
- If you book staff from us, supply is governed by our terms of business for clients, which your branch will provide and which must be agreed before an assignment starts.
Ask your local branch for a copy of either at any time. We would rather you read them than not.
3. Using this site
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, not to introduce anything malicious to it, and not to scrape or copy it systematically for a competing purpose.
4. Information on this site
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. Nothing on it is professional, legal, medical or employment advice, and nothing on it forms an offer of work or an offer to supply staff. Availability, requirements and timescales vary by branch and by client, and your local branch is always the authority on what applies to you.
We do not advertise pay rates on this website. Pay for any assignment is confirmed by your branch before you accept it.
5. Applications and submissions
When you submit an application or enquiry, you confirm that the information you have given is accurate and that any documents you upload are genuine and yours to share. Giving us false information may mean we cannot register you, and in some circumstances we are obliged to report it. Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
6. Payments made through this site
Payments for DBS checks and training deposits are taken through PayPal and go to the Tezlom branch you select. Only make a payment if your branch has told you to. If you pay the wrong branch or the wrong amount, contact your branch and we will sort it out. Statutory refund rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, photography and Tezlom™ branding on this site belong to Tezlom Ltd or are used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for your own use or to consider working with us. You may not republish, sell or exploit them commercially without our written permission.
8. Links to other websites
Where we link to another site, such as Blue Light Card, the NMC, the DBS or a job board, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we provide this website “as is”. We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of it.
Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Changes
We may update the site and these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site. This version is dated 24 August 2026.
11. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are between you and Tezlom Ltd and no one else has any right to enforce them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
13. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell your local branch first, they can usually fix it fastest. If that does not resolve it, write to us at Tezlom Ltd, 20 Hoghton Street, Southport, Merseyside, PR9 0NX, or email work@tezlom.com, and we will look into it properly.
