Sectors we staffLearning Disabilities Staffing & Jobs
Tezlom places support workers and care assistants into learning disability services across the UK: residential homes, supported living and day services. Consistency matters more here than almost anywhere in care, so we work hard to send the same familiar faces back.
🧑 Looking for work?
Flexible learning disabilities shifts, weekly pay, free training.
What learning disabilities work with Tezlom is really like
Supporting people with learning disabilities is about helping someone live their own life, not living it for them. Cooking together, getting to activities, managing money, having a laugh. It takes patience and it takes heart, and the relationships you build are the best part of the job.
Because familiarity matters so much to the people you support, we try to book you back into services you know. You will get free training including anything service-specific, weekly pay, and a local consultant who listens when a placement is not the right fit.
Staffing learning disability services, the Tezlom way
You need people who turn up, tune in and treat the people you support with respect. Every Tezlom worker is vetted with an enhanced DBS and references, and we make a point of learning your service's routines and the individuals' preferences so cover feels like continuity, not disruption. Tell us what good looks like in your service and we will match to it.
FAQs
Do you supply staff to supported living as well as residential LD services?
Yes, both, plus day services. We cover long-term block bookings and short-notice cover.
Will we get the same workers back?
Wherever we can, yes. We know consistency is everything in learning disability support, so branches prioritise rebooking familiar staff.
What training do Tezlom LD staff have?
All mandatory training plus service-specific training where needed, arranged and paid for by us, never by the worker.
