Our mental health shifts cover hospitals, rehabilitation and step-down units and supported community settings. You choose when you work, you are paid weekly, and your training (including any refreshers you need) is free. We will be straight with you about every placement before you accept it. That is not a slogan, it is how the whole company works.
Staffing mental health services, the Tezlom way
If you run a mental health service, you already know that the wrong agency worker on a ward is worse than no worker at all. So we do not send strangers. Every Tezlom worker arrives with an enhanced DBS, verified references, up-to-date mandatory training and a consultant who actually knows them and knows your service. If someone is not right for your setting, we will tell you, even when it costs us a shift.

Can Tezlom supply staff to mental health hospitals?
Yes. We supply support workers, care assistants and RMNs to mental health hospitals, rehabilitation units and community services across the UK, including short-notice and out-of-hours cover.
What experience do I need for mental health shifts?
At least 3 months of paid UK care experience in the last 5 years. Mental health experience helps but is not always essential; your local branch will be honest about which services suit you.
Do you provide RMNs?
Yes, Registered Mental Health Nurses with valid NMC PINs, fully compliant before their first shift.
