What supported living work with Tezlom is really like
Supported living is care at its most personal. You are in someone's own home, helping them live the life they choose: shopping, appointments, cooking, company. Shifts are often one-to-one, sometimes waking nights, sometimes long days. It suits people who are self-reliant, warm and trustworthy, because for those hours, you are the team.
With Tezlom you pick the shifts that fit your life, you are paid weekly, and there is always someone at the end of the phone, day or night. We will tell you honestly what each placement involves before you say yes.
Staffing supported living services, the Tezlom way
Sending one worker alone into someone's home is an act of trust, and we treat it that way. Enhanced DBS, verified references, right-to-work checks and mandatory training on every single worker, plus consultants who take time to understand each tenancy and each person's support plan. If we would not trust a worker in our own family's home, we do not send them to yours.
